3x Herbal Bath @ 35g
Ingredients: Dried calendula petals, Lavender buds, Dried yarrow leaf, Dried Peppermint leaf.
Benefits: Help speed up the recovery of wounds, reduce heavy menstrual bleeding and pain. Improve circulation and to tone varicose veins.
To use:
Method 1: Run a hot bath and place the herb-filled muslin bag in the water about 20 mins before getting in. The longer the infusion, the better.
Method 2: Place the muslin bag in a mason jar and fill with water. Allow it to infuse for 2-8 hours and add the water to your bath.
To note: For those with stitches, limit to one herbal bath a day. Those with no stitches, can enjoy multiple baths a day.
 
Belly Balm for Mama @ 40g
Ingredients: Mango Butter, Shea Butter, Natural Beeswax, Sunflower Oil, Clove essential oil.
Benefits: This lightly scented formula is made with the calmest ingredients to cater especially to the pregnant queens. With the antioxidants packed into this balm, it helps moisturize dry skin.
To use, rub onto the belly to reduce stretch marks.
 
Nursing Balm for Mama @ 15g
Ingredients: Calendula infused oil, Natural Beeswax, Shea Butter.
Benefits: Is a soothing balm for nipples as it provides much-needed relief before, during and after feedings. Some women may experience dry, itchy nipples during pregnancy, so this is a great choice for comfort even before the baby arrives.
 
Perineal Spray for Mama @ 100ml
Ingredients: Distilled Water, Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera Gel.
Benefits: To soothe postpartum aches and pains.
To use: Can either spray it on your perineum, or onto the pads. Store in the refrigerator to add extra cooling effect and maintain freshness.

For mothers, it can be used for dry skin, as a makeup remover, or even to soften chapped lips.
